Who We Are

Brad and Sarah have been working together since 2008. Both had a vision to expand their presence in the DMV body art arena by creating a new experience for their clientele. Their vision came to life in late 2019 when Blue Crab Tattoo & Body Piercing opened. Think roomy, comfortable, private, plant-filled tattoo spaces; APP Certifications for all piercers; and most importantly- warm, welcoming vibes.

Danni and Angel were driven to further the quality of jewelry, technique, and service available in Frederick. There was no question that these two knowledgeable and experienced ladies belonged on the piercing team at BCT. They are currently the only APP Members in Western Maryland.

The BCT Team just keeps growing! Hallie, Rob, Marko and Charli bring incredible tattoo talent and positive energy to the shop. Caitlin is our resident eye brow gal, offering professional micro-blading services. And if you’ve been in communication with Blue Crab Tattoo, you’ve met Jess- the shop’s operations guru.

Location

Blue Crab Tattoo is conveniently located between Rt. 355 and Rt. 85, just north of the Francis Scott Key mall. We are easily accessible to all the major roadways. Another standout? We have plenty of free parking just in front of the shop.
